Be like Maddy

This poster of Maddy's words is still up on an easel on our porch which means that every package delivery person, every Uber Eats or GrubHub gig worker, the dry cleaning folks, and anyone who comes to the house sees it. Oliver and I see it on a daily, if not hourly basis, every time we come and go out the front door. And I'm riveted by these words and the power they convey. This journal page, the last page in the journal that Maddy carried with him, is my north star.
