Maddy - an extraordinary young man

I am so incredibly sorry about Maddy. You all have constantly been in my thoughts since I heard about this tragedy. I have such wonderful memories of Maddy, especially during his elementary years, always smiling, joking and so much fun to be around. I think of him often when hiking Boulder trails, as I remember him as a dedicated Junior Ranger. My heart aches for the loss of such a extraordinary young man. I hope these pictures bring back some good memories for you and may possibly bring you a smile.

Dear Brenda,

Thank you so much for thinking of us, sharing these words, and these adorable pictures! I'm very glad you think of him during hikes as well... it seems such a fitting and meditative time to do so.

Thank you again. If you ever want to share any additional stories, pictures etc, I (and I know many other people) would absolutely love to see/hear them all. And they will be cherished forever.
