Yesterday I went to the beach to join Hanna - and all of Maddy's friends and family - in thinking about Maddy. I am a friend of Hanna's from the UK and never met Maddy but the stories that I have heard and read are beautiful and heartbreaking. It's so easy to get a picture of him as a generous, loving, caring and light-hearted adventurer, constantly doing and being good in whatever small ways he could. Thinking of Maddy and of everyone missing him. The sky lit up in beautiful orange and pinks over the ocean yesterday. We see and feel you Maddy Sophie x
