2 birthdays
I'm not sure how many people knew this, but in 2013, Madison had 2 birthdays. His real birthday landed during the Thanksgiving break. He told me he changed his birthday on Facebook to several days earlier so all of his new friends he had made in the dorms in the first 3 months of college would celebrate it with him. I'm not 100% sure why he couldn't just tell us he wanted to hang out with all of us before the break. Either way, we all wished him happy birthday and celebrated it with him early. I still don't think most of our friends knew we celebrated it early. He was quirky and fun and I'll miss that I won't have new stories about Madison anymore. If you look back far enough on Facebook, he thanked everyone for the birthday wishes on November 16, 2013, about a week before his real birthday. Happy real birthday Madison.
