Finding Maddy in the Woods
It's Sunday. A bit past 8 pm now. And I know that people all over the world are joining us in slowing down, pausing what we have been doing, and lighting a candle to think collectively about our Maddy. He is Maddy to each one of us; he exists as part of you and as part of us. Together we care and tend, not his memory, but his goodness and his compassion and his selflessness.
